How does picking work?
Here is the pick-up schedule:
Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday by APPOINTMENT: 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
*SATURDAY BY APPOINTMENT: Please indicate in the notes when checking out the date and time you expect to pick up your order.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is essential to us. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for shipped products.
However, if you experience a problem with the delivery or quality of a product, and you are not the cause, we will offer you a refund or credit. Our commitment is to ensure your total satisfaction. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss your refund options. However, if your product arrives damaged, you will be refunded or credited without fail upon proof of damage.

What do we mean by real food?
Real dog food refers to a high-quality, natural diet for dogs that is made from fresh, healthy ingredients. Unlike processed and industrial dog foods, real dog food emphasizes nutrition that is closer to the natural diet of dogs in the wild.
How long does it last in the fridge?
Our meal boosters are frozen immediately after being made. You can keep them in the freezer for up to 4 months or as a fresh dish for up to 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
How long does a sachet last?
Depending on your dog's size and how many times he eats per day, he gets 20 scoops of soup in a pouch.
For example, for a 40 pound dog eating 2 times per day, the pouch lasts for 7 meals (3 tablespoons of soup/meal), which is the equivalent of approximately 3.25 days.
If your dog weighs less, he can freeze the part you are not serving.
Suggested weight/amount for each meal
1-10 lbs: 1.5-2 tbsp. of soup
11-25 lbs: 2-3 tbsp. of soup
26-44 lbs: 3-4 tbsp. of soup
45-100 lbs: 4-5 tbsp. of soup
Where are your products made?
Our products are delicately concocted in our MAPAQ factory.
I want to give my dog a try, but I'm not sure. Where to start?
Before to prevent any problems, if your dog has a sensitive stomach, be sure to read the ingredient list so that he does not have allergies or intolerance to certain proteins or ingredients. If he already has a sensitive stomach, make sure to give him a small amount to start.
Is it a complete meal?
No. The Meal Booster is not a complete meal and should make up no more than 10% of your dog's daily calorie intake. Meal boosters are designed to boost your dog's kibble or raw meat.
Do I commit to a subscription?
We do not currently operate on a subscription system.
